I had computer problems!!!  I am so computer illiterate, but would be absolutely lost without it.  I have never been so lucky in my life, for when I looked in the yellow pages I found Jim and Grove Computers Services.  He has been absolutely wonderful!!  He doesn't get fancy and try to tell me something mysterious is going on, he looks for the obvious simple fix first.  He has also been very kind and considerate, as I am in frail health, and he has gone out of his way to be helpful in any way he can.  His prices are reasonable, and he is a joy to have show up at my door.  If you want the very best in service --- It is Grove Computer Services.

I wouldn't dream of buying a computer from a big national chain like Best Buy or a mail order outfit like Dell.  I learned the hard way to go local. It is very important to have the guy who built your computer available for repairs, and Jim Lestrange has been completely reliable and prompt.  I was also concerned about 1.) making sure that the hard drives and other components were new and of the best quality (not rebuilds, which the big chains often use) and 2.) making sure my hard drive contained only the programs I really need and not a lot of "free" promotional crap from Microsoft and other software purveyors. Jim Lestrange built me a great, fast desktop and configured it for performance to match my needs. You'd have to be crazy to buy a computer any other way.

I am thrilled to have found Jim Lestrange and Grove Computer Services. 
I had a new computer built by another firm and it never worked correctly.  After months of problems, I asked my accountant for a referral and he recommended Jim.
Jim was able to troubleshoot and fix my computer in a few days.  It has been perfect ever since, and I am so impressed with his knowledge and service.  I also receive periodic emails from Jim inquiring if I have any problems.
My only regret is that I did not find Jim first, so that he could have built a computer for me and saved me months of aggravation and expense.  I recommend him highly - he is the best!!

Hello Jim, Happy New Year!!
I'm sorry I forgot to email you sooner about the status of our laptop. We received it 2 days ago in the mail and everything if fine.
The reason why Spartan sent the computer to California I think, was due to the extent of the repairs to the adaptor piece. It took them a while longer because they ordered the wrong adaptor and needed to get the correct one. In any event, there was no charge to us for the repairs and everything looks fine.
We're very happy with our resolution.
I want to thank you for your tremendous assistance for helping us get our computer fixed without incurring any additional expenses. I think that without you, we could not have gotten this done without resolve.

I am a very happy customer & would recommend Jim to anyone with a computer need or issue. I was shopping around for a new system, looking at Gateway & Dell in particular. I decided to go local when I realized Jim not only beat their prices, but also would come to my house and set it all up and see to it that it was working as it should. Puchasing  a new computer and keeping it healthy is becoming a critical consumer event,  like buying a car or house -- only LESS expensive and MORE complicated. Computers reflects who we are in the world, the time in life,  place in society, career, attitude. It's an appliance we spend a personal alone quality time communing with --  an extension of the self. (Thus "privacy" on the Internet is a monumental issue.) When mine crashed, I felt like there was a death in the family.

For the most part our family is still living in the 19th century.
We use wood to heat the house. There's no microwave, no remote control, no call waiting or answering machine and we still use a rotary dial phone.
Finally the kids and I convinced my husband to get with it and buy a computer. I argued it would be an invaluable tool to our children throughout their education. We looked around for the right system.
